Sridevi or Madhuri Dixit ,Who will Rule the Box Office?

Bollywood is up for real treat with industry’s two still pretty woman making there come back .Yes ,I’m talking about madhuri dixit and sridevi ,guys this is going to be hot competition as two gone face off each other at the same time ,though they ruled box offices but they did in each other's absence .Madhuri is busy completing Aaja nachle for yash chopra banner while sridevi and her husband completed 5 day trip to Canada to finalize the locations.

For people who doesn’t know much about them(especially for younger generation) let’s walk through there individual bio’s

Sridevi made her debut as child artist in tamil in 1967 and got big break from K.Balachander movie moondru mudichu from then she acted in almost 300 movies ,won more than 10 filmfare awards and at the same time she made big way into telugu industry ,had major hits with NTR and ANR.Later she eyed bollywood and in 1978, she starred in her first Hindi film, Solva Saawan which failed at the box office. However, her second movie, Himmatwala, went on to be a super-duper success. Sridevi became a Bollywood star overnight and the film earned her the sexy nickname "Thunder Thighs",from then she continued to rule the box office until 1997 and later she called quits with movie Judaai and married producer Boney Kapoor.

Madhuri Dixit born in 1967 as Madhuri Shankar Dixit is five time film fare award winner and considered to be bollywood icon ,she is professional kathak dancer who initially appeared in small roles until she got big break through Tezaab .She received critical acclaims for her dance numbers in many films. Her noted movies are Dayavan (1988), Ram Lakhan (1989), Dil (1990), Saajan (1991), Beta (1992), Khalnayak (1993), and the Bollywood blockbuster Hum Aapke Hain Kaun! (1994). After three years of little success, she appeared as Pooja in the successful Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) for which she won her fourth Filmfare Best Actress Award.

Ever since she won her first title in beauty contest as Miss World she has been ruling the beauty contests and still she is continuing to influence her voters with her charm after her marriage and at age of 33,which is hard for general sub continent girl. Aishwarya Rai was voted worlds ninth in the poll of the 100 Most Beautiful Women of Today, which appears in the July issue of Harpers and Queen magazine. Contest consider all-round package, rather than on physical beauty alone.

Rahman makes sister debut after 17 years!

Music wizard A R Rahman's sister Reihana has rendered one of the songs for Rajnikanth's blockbuster hit, SIVAJI : THE BOSS. The song in question is 'Balleilakka', where she has sung (for the first time) under her illustrious brother's baton.

However, not many will know that Rahman's elder sister is an accomplished singer and it was her earnest desire to sing for him. But Rahman wanted her to hone her skills further and it was only after a long 17 year wait that he made Reihana debut, and that too after taking due permission from the makers!

While on 'Balleilakka' (also featuring S P Balasubrahmanyam and Benny), the name has been derived from the Russian word 'Balalaika', which is a guitar like musical instrument.
